SES Application
General Information

Students from low income families that attend schools in Program Improvement Year 2 or more are eligible to apply to receive free tutoring through Supplemental Educational Services (SES).

  2012-13 SES APPLICATION GUIDE

 

1) Applications are mailed directly to the homes of students. Applications are not available
     from the school sites. Applications should arrive by December 17, 2012.

2) Students in grades 3-12 at PI 2 or higher schools who are enrolled in the free/reduced
     lunch program qualify.

3) Spanish assistance is available at (209) 933-7030 x2452.

 

4) Completed applications are due to 1503 St. Mark's Plaza Suite D by
      4:30pm on Friday, January 4, 2013
