Our vision at Cesar Chavez is built around the 4 R’s: Rigor, Relevancy, Relationships and Results!  Our mission is to create Small Learning Communities (SLC) in which the 4 R’s can become a reality.  My expectation for teachers is high, so it is my responsibility to provide the support needed to achieve the Results!   It is just the beginning to an exciting journey here at Cesar Chavez High School. 

We made tremendous improvements last year and there is still much work to be done.  I believe that if we continue to work together on making Cesar Chavez High unique, we can accomplish great things for us as professional and also for our students and community.
