Youth Activities & Cadet Program

The Stockton Police Youth Activities is a Non-Profit organization which is fully supported by volunteer Stockton Police Officers. SPYA has been incorporated since 1974 and has flourished due to the commitment of the volunteer police officers serving it. The SPYA sponsors several programs designed to provide Stockton's youth with necessary life skills. Leadership and community service are the cornerstones of the Stockton Police Youth Activities.
