Sub Finder PIN Conversion

In a continuing effort to implement the Stockton Unified School District employee ID policy, it is necessary to make changes in the automated absence calling system SubFinder. There are two areas affected by this change. First is the log-on PIN on the phone or Password on the website.  Second is the “access” number for requesting and prearranging substitutes.

These changes become effective on June 7, 2008. A new log-on PIN or Password will be required for each employee and substitute to access the web or phone component of SubFinder.

The format of the new log-on PIN or Password will be as follows: the last two digits of your birth year in combination with your SubFinder Employee ID* number.  

For example:

    Birth-year: 1965
    SubFinder Employee ID: 9633

    New SubFinder PIN or Password: 659633

The SubFinder Employee ID can be located by logging into the SubFinder website and selecting the Personal Info button.

The new SUSD District Employee ID number (8 digits) will be used as the “access” number for requesting or prearranging substitutes in lieu of the substitute’s telephone number that is currently being used in SubFinder.
