District Grant Development Protocol:

Submit Form 1 before starting
to work on a grant! The purpose of
Form B is to ensure:
-
the grant will not adversely
affect the district
financially;
-
you are authorized to apply
for the grant;
-
a focus on district goals is
maintained; and
-
unnecessary competition
against one another is
avoided.
·
Submit Form 2 before submitting
a grant! Form 2 requires signatures
from the administrators of each
department that will be affected by
your project. It will be your
assurance to you and your funder
that your project has been
approved.
